3. Email to naa.info@naa.org.sg the following documents for application.

• – 2 Passport Sized photographs
  – Ngee Ann Diploma Certification
  – Credit Card Application form OR screenshot of Paynow payment

• 4. For GIRO form payments please mail the original copy to us.
